Wander Viana is a senior financial executive with more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, insurance and capital markets. A CVM registered Securities Consultant in Brazil, he has built a career that combines multinational governance with entrepreneurial leadership, advising clients across private credit, independent advisory and investment banking environments.
Throughout his trajectory, Wander spent more than two decades in executive leadership within one of Brazil’s largest insurance groups, where he served on the Investment Executive Committee and oversaw asset allocation for reserves exceeding 1.6 billion dollars. His advisory experience also includes supporting a 2 billion dollar M&A transaction involving SoftBank, guiding shareholders through post liquidity planning, international structuring and long term capital strategy.
Wander holds a Master in Advanced Finance from ISE Business School and an MBA in Finance from FIA USP, and he completed executive education at Harvard Business School. His expertise in global wealth strategy, capital markets execution and cross border financial structuring strengthens Marvel Capital Partners’ ability to support complex financial decisions and high value international initiatives.
