Neiah Santos leads Marvel Capital Partners’ operations in the United Arab Emirates, bringing more than 20 years of senior level experience in luxury hospitality, large scale event management and executive client engagement across the UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States.
She holds an International Hospitality Management Diploma from the University of West London and began her career in London at The Savoy Hotel, where she spent three years specializing in high end hospitality operations and service excellence. She later expanded her international experience in the United States with Marriott International, strengthening her expertise in global service standards, guest experience and operational leadership.
Based in the UAE for more than 16 years, Neiah has built a distinguished career within some of the region’s most prestigious luxury environments. She was part of the leadership ecosystem at Madinat Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s flagship hospitality destinations, where she supported premium guest programs and high profile VIP operations.
Neiah also served as Paddock Club Manager at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for four consecutive years, overseeing the design and delivery of 19 to 22 luxury hospitality suites, each valued at approximately 350 thousand dollars, serving elite global clientele and corporate partners.
Her expertise extends to major corporate events, including full property buyouts and executive level conferences. She led a full buyout at Emirates Palace for an international leadership event with more than 600 delegates and a total value exceeding 1 million dollars, and has managed executive conferences for leading financial institutions, delivering events of up to 1,500 attendees and working directly with C suite stakeholders.
