Before joining Marvel Capital Partners, Mario led major industrial operations with more than 1,800 employees, overseeing international trade and export strategies across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Japan. He later spent over two decades at Brasil Salomão e Matthes Advogados, one of Brazil’s most respected corporate law firms, advising on regulatory structures, corporate strategy, and complex business environments.
