He holds degrees in Agronomy and Law, a Master’s in Tropical Agriculture and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Function of Law, combining multidisciplinary expertise across regulatory, legal and sustainability-related matters.
Throughout his career, Luiz Henrique has led large-scale initiatives involving environmental regularization, licensing strategy, compliance modernization and governance frameworks designed to improve operational efficiency, regulatory alignment and long-term sustainability standards across multiple sectors.
His private-sector experience includes more than a decade advising companies and enterprise groups on environmental licensing, regulatory compliance, legal strategy and institutional risk assessment, supporting organizations in aligning operations with evolving national and international standards.
