Bruna Botelho is an executive with more than 15 years of experience across financial markets, technology and structured operations. She built a Tech Fin boutique focused on structured credit, asset tokenization and M&A, connecting companies to funds, banks and global institutional investors. Her career includes leading capital raising strategies with real estate funds, structured credit vehicles and private equity groups, structuring funding for major corporate clients and developing digital platforms that institutionalize deal flow and investment readiness.
Bruna has delivered tokenization projects in real estate, energy, agribusiness and carbon markets, and has managed a pipeline of structured operations exceeding 200 million dollars, with individual transactions ranging from 1 million to 60 million dollars. She has also contributed to multiple technology and investment ventures and completed a strategic exit from a digital payments institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil.
She holds a degree in Journalism from Anhembi Morumbi and a specialization in Blockchain, Tokens and Digital Economy from FIA.
